There are a couple of options for instrument rentals. It is highly encouraged that students rent an instrument through our preferred vendor, which is Sweetwater. Below has some general info of the different options, but as always you can reach out to Mr. Hacker at HackerE@manateeschools.net for any questions. 

For larger instruments like Tuba and Baritone, you can only rent through BRMS or Bertrand's Music

Rent through BRMS

BRMS does have a fleet of instruments that are availible for student rental. You can pay $35 at the beginning of the school year, and use one of the school-owned instruments. With that being said, it is HIGHLY recommended that if you have the means to rent through one of the previous options, you do so. More times than not, we don't have enough instruments for each student, so sometimes instruments are shared by 3 different students. The school-owned instruments are also quite old and not in the highest working condition, which causes frustrations for the students! Having a properly functioning instrument is CRITICAL for a positive learning experience.
